"Since these are a child's size, I would not suggest them for an adult. If you need a small child's size because you are not able to find your adult size, I would suggest trying them on the ensure the fit and comfort of the boot."

"I have not heard any feedback that these run small. I have also read a few reviews where people stated that they were true to size so I would say order the size that she normally wears. The North Face is pretty good about their sizing. "
