Even the jacket is still a bit too big for my twelve year old (bought size large), he loves the jacket so much that we kept it for next year. Colors are popping. Can't wait to see him snowboarding in this.

I got this jacket for my 11 y/o who is an enthusiastic beginner snowboarder and a really cute and cool kid. This jacket is functional, warm, well made, and so unique on the mountain. I can spot him quickly, which is important at a crowded ski resort. He has gotten so many compliments from other kids, other parents, and random strangers who say, "What a cool jacket." I ordered size 14 but returned it because the suspenders were too short with little adjustment. I then reordered size 16 but same results. Suspenders were too short. They pulled the pants up too far for comfort and looks. Loved the bright yellow color.

These are made of good quality materials and are true to size. Great design. We hope to get a few years out of them!
I debated on which gloves to get to keep the snow of of their arms/wrists. I decided these seemed okay and cheaper than other brands. However, when I received them and tried them on the kids I was disappointed. The elastic part was very loose...about an inch plus from arm. The finger lengths seem short and the thumb to index finger seems very long. I returned them the next day. FYI - I ordered a small for my 2 1/2 year old and a med. for my 4 1/2 year old. The overall "size" seemed appropriate, but see mention of lengths above. I'll be spending the extra money and getting a different brand.
I bought this for my 8-year old nephew for Christmas, and he hasn't taken if off since he opened it.....enough said.
