"small waist, though worth the investment"

I debated for a long time because of the cost. I ordered a 12 long and the waist was still very very snug and does not give at all but...rear end and legs fit and looked sleek and fantastic. A decent amount of give everywhere else except for right at the waist band....the designation of "long" is really not that long. I am 47yrs 5'7" and 165 lbs. I really wanted to wear these because they are very good looking (aka not baggy and slouchy) and perfect in every other aspect. I am just too big around the middle but not so in the hips and thighs. I ate carefully that week (I only get to ski once a year!) and squeezed into those babys. very secure clasp at waist helped a lot......

Over-all a very good product and will probably last me until I am dead. Keep my fingers crossed I will look better next year!

"Overall a good buy!"

I use this as a ski jacket and for everyday wear. I like it, but I would say that it is not warm enough for temperatures under 28 degrees and/or with a wind factor. I have layered a fleece under it but really didn't want that much bulk. I love the fleece lining around the neck and have used it with and without the hood. I also love that there is not Velcro on it, the
snaps work just fine. The cut of the jacket is comfortable and not constricting.

"Love it!!"

I love this jacket. Will be great for skiing. Fit is smart looking and fitted. Nice fabric and thickness. I ordered an 8 and 10 - the 10 was perfect. I am 140 lbs and 5'8". Can comfortably wear a sweater or shirt under the jacket.

"Looks cute on"

This jacket runs a little short for me. I am 5'6", 114 lbs. The size 4 fit best but the sleeves were a little too short. I ended up with a 6. The bigger size seemed a little longer and looked better. Unforutnately the bigger size caused the back to bubble out below the waist, which looks a little weird. (Note that this is a bubble not a flare - it pooches out below the elastic and pulls in a little at the hem). There is no waist adjustment or draw cord on bottom. Too bad. After a couple of wipe outs the material felt damp but the inside stayed warm and dry. All-in-all the trim look of the cinched waist offset bigness factor. The fiji blue is more of a teal color, quite vivid and pretty. Quality is very good. Ample pocket storage and looks cute on.

"A little low for jacket skirt coverage"

Very nice quality, but there is no waist adjustment. Seem a little short too - in the size that fit me best in the waist they were a little short. Also, they sat a little low on the hips for the jacket skirt to stay put when I bend over. I went with a larger size and will tuck in a fleece top to help keep them up. I am 5' 6", 114 lbs and went with a size 4 although the 2 fit better overall. I was disappointed that there was no way to connect the jacket and pants, as that would have solved the problem.

"Not as long as I'd hoped"

I'm 5'9 and couldn't even get the stirrups under my heels. I had to cut them just to be able to wear them, so they weren't true to specified length. They were the longest pant I could find so kept them. I love the form-fitting style of them. Kept me warm even in bitter cold with only silk liners underneath.

"Great Fit!!!"

I am 5'7, 130 and I ordered a size 8. This jacket is long enough in the torso and sleeves. I can even lift my hands over my head! This jacket fits in the bust and hips and is fitted in the waist. I have room for my goggles, mp3 player and necessities. This jacket is both flattering and practical. Get a measuring tape and measure yourself the sizes are right on, if you are in between go a size up. This jacket could use a better lift clip and a few more pockets, but overall this a warm, stylish jacket.
