This jacket is perfect in every way. Perfect fit. A beautiful bright blue color. It just feels good to wear. The jacket is soft and comfortable. I have not tried it on the slopes yet but it is fine in 20 degree weather.
It was perfect for the slopes. It had so much warmth that I was taking underlayers off. I LOVE the neck/fur hood combo! It kept me fashionable and warm while skiing in 10 degree weather with windchill in the negatives.
Overall I couldn't have picked a better jacket for the season. And as far as the lift pass, you can put it on the little clasp on the side and there is also a place you can attach your gloves. Ipod compatible and pockets were sufficient.
Only issue was my wipeouts were visible on the white but washed out easy enough. Plus it made for great slope stories. I paired it with the GB shell pants in grey and I was continuously complemented on my snow bunny style :)
Love this jacket. The red is so pretty and the details are great. The designers at Nils think of everything. This jacket is stylish, warm, and chic. I know I will be wearing it for years to come.
Have had these for about 3wk, but hadn't used them until this past week. Loved their warmth! Back pockets are handy and front zip pockets are great for money/ID/credit cards. A little big in the waist, but nothing that I needed a belt for. Also, the petite length was perfect for me (I am 5ft 2in)
Love this jacket. It's very warm, it's just gorgeous. The jacket is very comfortable to wear, I wore it shoveling snow and it was as if I were wearing a sweater, it moved in every direction and enabled me to easily stay active and shovel the snow .. I purchased the white jacket, and the color is beautiful. I receive compliments on this exquisite jacket each time I wear it. Thank you very much, I will wear this jacket for a long, long time!
I love this sweater! It fits great and feels great. It is a little longer than my other sweaters which is a bonus. This way when I lift up my baby I am not showing off my stomach to everyone. I look forward to wearing this sweater for many years to come. I look forward to wearing it on the ski slopes this spring. I still wear my Nils sweater that I bought in 2003 and it still looks great after many washings and many years.
Very cute jacket. I am generally a size medium or 6 to 8 in tops. I am 5'9" 138 lbs 36C athletic build. I ordered a 6 it fits perfectly with room for a base layer or sweater.
These pants are super comfortable. They are true to size, have a very nice feel, stretch where you need them to, and look great. I wore a pair of running tights under them and they kept me perfectly toasty in 26F windy weather. (I tend to be chilly, no matter what, so I erred on the side of too warm rather than too cold.)I LOVE these ski pants!
I purchased this jacket after wearing a Nils one-piece for ten years. I purchased a size 8 and it fit great other than the sleeves were a little long for my petite (5'1") frame. Still that wasn't a problem since it helped keep snow out of my sleeves. I wore it with a silk undergarment and the matching sweater. I had great movement in it and was plenty warm in temperatures around 20 degrees F on the mountains in Utah. I got a lot of compliments on the way it looked.
I liked the way the neck zipped all the way up - previously I have worn gators but did not need one with this jacket. The sleeve pocket was very handy for my tissue and lip balm.
My friend liked it so much she is going to buy one also.
This jacket is absolutely gorgeous. I have tried many brands - Orage, North Face, Bogner, MMiller - but this one beats them all. Finally, I've found a jacket that really is feather light and incredibly warm. The sapphire color is gorgeous, but I love it so much, I'm going to get the white, too. It's so beautiful and sexy, I don't want to wear it to ski. I'll wear it around town, either day or night. My husband has seen countless winter jackets come into our house ("Stop buying them!" he tells me) but this one is the best ever.
