Spyder Ski Clothing for Men, Women, and Kids

Spyder Active Sports has evolved from a single ski racing sweater design in the late 1970's into the largest specialty ski apparel brand in the world.

But through its evolution as a brand, Spyder's mission has remained the same: to make premium apparel for the mavericks who stand up and stare down the obstacles of poison that stand in their way. Whether designing Spyder jackets for the U.S. Ski Team, engineering its big mountain inspired White Spyder collection, or crafting its popular Core Sweaters, Spyder knows how to build quality, performance-driven jackets, Spyder pants, and an array of active lifestyle pieces. Every Spyder ski jacket, ski pant, and ski glove has a purpose, and every design is dedicated to giving you the best outdoor experience possible.

"Great Ski Pant"

This is great ski pant from Spyder. I would like to recommend that Spyder add longer Velcro to the waist band.

"great for spring skiing"

I just received this Spyder ski pant so haven't tried them yet but these seem like they will be perfect for spring skiing. I'd say they run true to size - I'm a 6/8 and bought a 6 and the fit is flatteringly snug but not too tight. I probably couldn't layer too much underneath but I have insulated ski pants to serve that function for when it's colder - I bought these specifically for skiing with base temps at 45°. I like that the waist on these is higher than many softshell pants - I have another pair that is constantly riding down while I ski and these seem like they will stay put. My only concern is that they are described as "water repellent" vs "waterproof" - we'll see how they hold up on the slopes!

"Great Sweater"

This Spyder core sweater fits like a glove. It is long in the body so it doesn't ride up when bending over.

"Very good ski pants"

I have been skiing with these Spyder pants for eight days this winter, and overall I am very happy. The fabric is very water resistant, wind does not go through, and with an additional base layer I never felt cold even skiing at temperatures near 0°F in the Northeast.

The reason that I am not giving 5 Stars is that in my opinion the capacity and number of pockets is not as good as with other ski pants that I had. Other thought: I love the color, but it certainly is much more prone to showing spots and/or dirt compared to the ubiquitous black ski pants.

"The fanciest piece of clothing I own "

I wear this Spyder core sweater almost every day. The fabric is amazing, it keeps me warm, but doesn't sweat me out. I can wear this in 55° weather or 20deg; weather. The fabric is so cool, the texture is amazing. I get comments on this all the time!

"Love it! Fast shipping."

This Spyder sweater is a great mid layer for skiing during spring break. It was warm without being too warm when the sun came out. I am 6', 205 lbs, and the large fit perfectly.
