"Darling awesome jacket!"

This Spyder ski jacket fits true to size, the color is bright, and it seems plenty warm for the Northwoods of Wisconsin. My daughter is hard on coats, and she wears it everyday to school as well as skiing. Spyder is durable enough to survive both.

"One is not enough"

I had previously purchased a Spyder mid-layer top, I liked it and decided to make a second purchase, simply put, one is not enough!

"roomy and warm. perfect for a day on the slopes"

I purchased this Spyder ski jacket for one of my sons and had to go back a get the blue one for my other son. The jackets are the perfect fit for them for skiing or running through the woods.

"Spider Sentenial jacket"

I had a spyder jacket that after four years was wearing out, so I ordered this ski jacket from Peter Glenn after much research. The ordering and shipping was great.The jacket I am not happy with because it is too light weight. Also, the zippers all get caught in the material when zipping up. For the price of the jacket, I expected a midweight and warmer jacket.

"Perfect for special needs teen who cannot put fingers into glove"

These Spyder mittens are of excellent quality. We purchased two identical pairs in case one mitten got lost in the middle of winter (which has happened before). While these are supposed to be for toddlers, the XL size works great for my teenager with physical challenges. We just don't use the thumb. The velcro opening/closure allows us to easily get the mittens on/off him and the velcro band allows us to tighten them so that they stay on him when needed. We are thrilled that we have an option to keep our son's hands warm in the winter. Thank you for stocking these and thanks to the manufacturer for making them.

"Nice fit, fabric, and great red color!"

My favorite ski pants are the Kjus Formula pants. However, they cost around $479. Ouch. These Spyder pants are $400 at full price, and I wouldn't have wanted to pay that, because for the $79 difference in price, the Kjus Formula's are a better pant. However, I got these on sale from PG for a good price, and I really wanted a pair of red ski pants. I took a star off of five due to the regular price, but also for the fact that they only have one tiny zippered pocket that will fit only a locker key or lip protection. There are no hip pockets, or lower leg pocket like the Formula pants have. Although they don't claim to have 4-way stretch like the Formula pants, they do have the stretch in the liner and the outer fabric is a 360 degree stretch which is probably the same as 4-way. Anyway,they feel good on. I also liked the "athletic" cut in the legs because I wear knee braces for skiing and many of the pants made today are being cut narrower in the knees for a nice fashion look. That doesn't work for my knee braces:} The 20,000 rating for breathability and waterproofness is excellent and the same as the Kjus Formula pants. They also don't have the waist adjustability like the Formula pants, but they do have a stretch insert on both sides of the waist. I wear a size 6 and still found them slightly big in the waist, but the pants have belt loops and a belt takes care of the waist nicely. The pants don't come with a belt. They do have a slim fit in the hips (like the Formula) and don't look like a snowboard "relaxed fit". They are definitely cut like a ski pant but have more room in the knee area than a lot of today's pant styles. The sale price of the pants made them an excellent buy, so if you are looking for a new pair of pants, and can live without the pocket situation, then you can't go wrong. I use my jacket pockets mostly anyway. (Snowboard pants usually have rear pockets and are cargo style pants). These still are flattering to the butt, unlike snowboard pants. I wear a size 4 in street fashion, but usually a size 6 in ski pants so these run true to size for most ski pants. Plenty of room for a base layer and still have a good fit. If you normally wear a size 6 in street wear, I would recommend the size 8. I do like to have some room in my ski pants. A smaller or adustable waist would have made them a perfect fit, but as mentioned, the belt does the trick for any sizing issues. The red is a perfect true red, and red pants are a hot color for the '14-'15 season. The pants are also offered in white and black, so if you don't want to spend a huge amount of money (like close to $500) on a ski pant, then you can't do better than these. I hate a ski pant that has a bulky insulation and the 40g of Primaloft is just right. Don't be deceived by PG's warmth rating because with a good base layer, these should have a wide range of temps. Just make sure, your base layer wicks away perspiration. I feel that I will be comfortable wearing them in single digit temps as well as spring temps. I haven't skied in them yet, but know from my Formula pants, how the warmth would be. The 20,000 for both the waterproofness and the breathability with the 40g of Primaloft tells the story. Grab them at this price, if you can. They are a deal:}

"Great Spyder top"

Love this mid-layer. It fits great, stretchy and feels great against skin. Still room to put under layers under it. I love the colors in the stripes. It is a very flattering shirt.

"Great feel, look and fit!"

These Spyder pants fit perfectly. I am 5'4 and weigh 114. I had ordered the 6 and the 8 to try first because I thought they ran big but they don't. They are true to size and look great.
