"Love it. "

This is a great jacket from North Face. It is extremely light, but warm enough for pretty much any condition. I live in the north east and it keeps me warm in all conditions.

"Fine Mid weight jacket-NOT for Michigan winter"

Lovely jacket, true to size. Nice appearance.

HOWEVER, shell promotes cold due to material and cold penetrates at wrist because the inner sleeve is non existent. Those elastic sleeves just don't make it in my book without an inner sleeve to stop wind and cold. If you want a warm down jacket that is not canvas or heavy in weight, buy at least 850 down fill for a cold Michigan or Minnesota weather. This 700 fill down is just not warm enough for temps below 20 degrees.

"Great Boot Warm and Waterproof"

I bought these for my son who has not had a pair of real boots in a few years. He wore these canvass boots. We live in Buffalo, New York. You need great boots. He's very particular about what he likes. These met his approval. They are stylish and functional and seem like they will last for many years. He liked their warmth and their ability to keep him dry. He bought a size bigger and they fit perfectly. He wears them with a big smile.

"Solid pant, versatile and useful."

Bought these North Face Freedom Insulated Ski Pants for my 12 year old daughter. Love that it has a hemmed cuff that you can let out as she grows. Kept her warm and dry during several ski trips.

"Most comfortable boots ever!"

I absolutely love these boots! Did not take them off the entire trip. Light and comfortable to wear indoors, warm and fashionable to wear outdoors.

My daughter also bought a pair and didn't want to wear anything else the entire trip.

"Perfect"

Two layer GORE-TEX is soft and supple. Bought this jacket to replace my 1999 vintage Mountain Light shell, which I'm still wearing for work. Only feature I miss is the self-stow/stuff pocket inside. Great jacket and zip-in down insert is just warm enough.

"Worth the wait! "

After searching for this jacket in the mint color in all retail stores that carried North Face in my area and having no luck, I went on Peter Glenn's website and noticed they do carry it but my size was out of stock. I checked the website daily until it became available. Shipping was fast and the jacket looks and feels fantastic! Keeps me very warm without making me look bulky and shows my silhouette. :) It's so thin you wouldn't believe how warm it can keep you!

"The pants look as shown"

These pants are like a good pair of yoga pants but warmer. I would layer up when skiing on cold, wet days. In a spring day nothing more needed. They're insulated and warm, but up too on a cold day they get just a chill.
