The upper is made with a durable mesh that improves breathability and comfort, while the GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining gives you quality waterproofing too. These shoes also have an OrthoLite® footbed for some added cushioning when your hike is an all-day affair. Underfoot, the Salewa Wildfire GORE-TEX® Hiking Shoe uses a POMOCA Butylic compound rubber that gives you tons of grip on wet or slippery terrain and adds aggressive tread lugs to bite into muddy or softer terrain. Overall, these shoes are built to perform in the toughest conditions and will keep you comfortable throughout your hike.
