"Currently skiing on Vokl T-50 at 176. How would the RTM 81 compare and what size would you recommend?"

Question by PJ on 3/4/2015 - 1:05 pm
"We have never carried the T50 to compare for you. This is an all mountain ski and if you are currently doing well on 176, then this all mountain ski should be fine in the same size for you. "
Answer by Martha (Peter Glenn Staff) on 3/5/2015 - 11:10 am
"I'm 5'-9" and 165 pounds, intermediate-advanced skier (spend most of my time on double blues with the occasion black) I am going to get the RTM 81 but I am torn on whether to go with 166 or 171 cm? My current skis are 166 and I am very comfortable on them but not sure if I should go up to the 171 due to the full rocker factor?"

"Using all of the specs you provided it actually seems like the 171's would be a better fit for you. If you feel like you are advancing, that would be the way to go. "

"I'm 5'9 and weigh 170 pounds. I'm used to skiing with 181 skis. What do you recommend."

Question by Javier on 9/10/2015 - 4:40 pm
"Your recommended size is around a 172. If you are use to skiing with a 181 then we would recommend the 176's. Ski size is sometimes more about personal preference so go with what you feel comfortable with!"
