It’s made of a 600D nylon with UV resistance for improved durability along with a hook and loop closure that makes on and off easy. The Thule Surfe Pads should be used with Thule Locking Straps or Load straps for that perfect hold - they have a large and wide design for improved coverage and contact with your gear.
