"We did not order the XL in this jacket but their dimensions for Special Blend womens XL jackets are Chest: 38-39" Waist: 31-32" and inseam for XL is 33""

"This jacket does not need a lot of layer because if does have insulation. However, with super cold weather I would suggest a little layering. "
