The Amont boasts 100g of insulation and tons of features like Lycra cuffs with thumb loops, an air vent system, and snaps to connect your Salomon pants. Of course, the simple vibe of this jacket makes it totally appropriate to wear around town; just snap out the powder skirt, zip-off the hood and you’re good to go.

"Whenever you see a product with GORE-TEX, you can be assured that you are getting a totally waterproof item. This jacket which has optimum waterproofing would be approximately 20K. "
