The Ride Moderator Snowboard is a new addition to Ride lineup of “do everything” snowboards. However, this thing really excels at carving up groomers because of the Performance Core, Linear Carbon Stringers, and Linear Quadratic Sidecuts. Even better, the Directional Extra Camber shape and Carbon Array 3 laminates help this thing float in powder and blast through crud. When things get a little gnarly, a single Impact Plate helps absorb shock and add strength to the board along with Ride’s futuristic Slim Wall technology and sintered, stone ground base. If there is any debate about whether to slash powder stashes in the trees or dissect groomers at high speeds, the Moderator will step in and settle it. The decision? Both!
