"Does the powder shirt zip out? Are the seams fully taped? How does this jacket compare to the Bronco? Thx. "

Question by Chuck on 10/25/2011 - 3:15 pm
"This jacket does has a zip off powder skirt, however, this jacket is not fully seam sealed. There are major differences between this jacket and the Powderhorn Bronco Insulated Ski Jacket. This fabric of this jacket is 100% polyester while the Bronco is a stretchy 87% nylon/ 13% spandex fabric that is great for mobility. The insulation for this jacket is mostly goose down, the Bronco has 100g Primaloft Sport insulation. The bronco is also seamed sealed. The waterproofness is different as well, with this jacket only the shoulder area is 20k waterproof, the rest of the jacket is 10k. The Bronco has total 20k waterproofness throughout the entire jacket. Hope that helps!"
