You know the Vortex as the "Big Daddy" skis that change the way you think about waterskiing. Well, the O'Brien Vortex 54" Waterski Combo with Jr. X-7 Bindings does that too, only smaller. What does that mean? Well, you still get the increased surface area of the Wide Design construction, meaning these skis pop up faster during deep water starts and function best at slower boat speeds. Which makes them perfect for young skiers still getting used to the water, since it makes it easy for them to get up and enjoy themselves without having to go too fast. In fact, there's even a removable stabilizer bar to help them nail starts from the very first pull. Once they're up, the Dual Tunnel base adds stability, and when used in tandem with the included rear toe piece can help them work on their single-ski performance as well.

  • Wide Body Construction gives the ski increased surface area for easier deep water starts and less drag for skiers of all sizes
  • Removable stabilizer bar helps beginners keep skis straight during deep water starts
  • Includes O’Brien X-7 Jr. Adjustable Bindings
  • Increased surface area allows skis to work at lower boats speeds, increasing confidence and safety
  • Dual Tunnel base helps you find a smooth and stable ride even on rough water
  • Fixed Nylon Fin provides straight tracking and improved control
  • Designed for riders under 140 lbs (63kg)
  • 54” long
  • Bindings adjust to fit any foot from US Children’s 2 to Men’s 7
