1 Answers | Answer Question

"The color Poppy is a mix of both red and orange. If I had to choose I would say that it is more on the red side but it is definitely not a true red."

"Will this jacket be warm enough for Breckenridge in January?"

"This jacket has 80g of insulation. This will keep you pretty warm in cold conditions. I always suggest layering up with thermals and a good mid-weight sweater."

"I have a question re: sizing. Purchasing for my 16-year-old daughter, who is petite (5'-3") but larger in the bust (32D). Should I go for a size 4 or 6?"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Jonna on 1/29/2012 - 11:44 am
"I would recommend a size 6 so that you have the extra room inside to layer as needed. The size 4 would be more restricted in the chest area."

"Will the poppy color in this jacket match the Obermeyer Malta Ski pants in plaid that you also sell? "
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Britt on 1/31/2012 - 6:14 pm
"The poppy color is more of an orange than a red. There is a hint of orange in the plaid in that pant, however it is mostly red. The jacket WILL match and would work perfectly for you if you like a ton of color. You can also pair the Obermeyer Malta Ski Pant with the Obermeyer Aiden Insulated Ski Jacket!"

"How many and what are the placement of the interior pockets :)"

1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Jackie on 9/22/2012 - 2:18 pm
"The size 6 will fit you better in the chest area. Size 4 may be too snug for you to be comfortable. "
Answer by Sarah (Peter Glenn Staff) on 9/24/2012 - 10:12 am
"I am 5'2" and athletic. My shoulders are big and I am 36.5 inches around the bust. Will a size 8 be too big everywhere else? "
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Erin on 10/9/2012 - 12:54 pm
"Not necessarily. You want to have room in the jacket, where you have freedom of movement as well. you want to make sure that the powder skirt fits snug around your waist. That's what keeps the snow from coming up from under the jacket. If you happen to order this jacket, and you do not like the fit, you can always return it for a complete refund or exchange it for a different size. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy."
Answer by Jaime (Peter Glenn Staff) on 10/10/2012 - 2:04 pm
"I had the chance to try on an Obermeyer Sawyer Jacket in a size 14 and it was just a little snug in the chest and hips while wearing a thin sweater. This size would not allow layering. The Sawyer is out of stock. What size in this jacket would you reccommend based on my comparison to the Sawyer? I am looking for a warm midweight jacket with zip vents and ninja cuffs."

Question by 3JrzGrl on 11/7/2012 - 10:59 pm
"If you were trying on an Obermeyer piece in size 14 and it was too snug, then you should definitely size up to a 16 for any other Obermeyer piece that you are interested in. This Bianca jacket looks like a great option based off of what you are looking for in a jacket. You can also check out the Obermeyer Josie Jacket. "

I love this jacket! From the minute I saw it I knew it had to be mine. It's super warm and well-made. The poppy color is so unique... very bright but not a traditional red. Lots of functional pockets too.
