Q:
"Are you meant to wear these without socks?"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Chelsea on 8/15/2012 - 1:46 pm
A:
"Yes! These water shoes are meant to be worn without any socks. You would wear these shoes anytime you are going to be doing a water type activity (kayaking, fishing, etc) and need a little extra protection. Some folks simply wear them around public pool areas so that they can walk freely into restrooms and restaurants from the beach or pool. They are also great for using on boats/yachts where regular shoes should not be worn."

Q:
"How do these perform hiking up rivers on slippery rocks etc? There is no pic of the bottoms. Thank you!"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Susanne on 6/21/2016 - 1:00 pm
A:
"These shoes are great for wet and slippery surfaces, but I would recommend them more for walking on the occasional rock near the water. Based on the information you gave me, you would want more of a waterproof hiking shoe to offer you optimal stability and protection. I would recommend taking a look at the North Face Hedgehog GORE-TEX Hiking Shoe (Women's) as this will give you more traction and stability while also being heavily waterproof!"
Answer by Julia (Peter Glenn Staff) on 6/21/2016 - 1:17 pm

Question by Stevie Vicknair on 6/23/2016 - 2:05 pm
A:
"These are pretty true to size, so if you normally wear a size 7 you would want a size 7!"
