"These shoes would definitely work for him. They are very warm so if he is working in cold weather conditions they would be perfect! I would also recommend the Columbia Snowtrek Boot!"

"You can absolutely use it as a normal street shoe during the winter. As long as it's cold, you can use it on any terrain to stay dry and warm."

"Ideally I'd recommend a boot with a "shank" which provides really solid arch support. We don't have any wide boots with a shank support in stock right now. However, all our wide men's boots have a good ergonomic mid-sole with cushioning. It's likely that one of those would be comfortable for you. "
