Highly wind-resistant WindWall™ fabric with a non-PFC DWR finish greatly reduces the windchill effect and keeps you dry when it starts getting wet. An internal hem cinch-cord with cord lock and elasticated cuffs add to your wind armor. Even the chest pocket and welt hand pockets have zippers to keep them closed, forming a total barrier between you and the cold.
