"Exactly how is a one-piece jumpsuit like this meant to be used? The one piece replaces ski pants and a jacket? Are you supposed to just put this cute suit on and no coat and you’re ready to ski? Do women wear a base layer top and leggings underneath this or just the suit and bra/underwear? "

"I have been wearing a ski suit for many decades. It depends on how cold you get, for your layering. I ski hard which is equivalent to hot, so I have underwear and a thin to thick base layer at the top. I always wear a top so I can bring the top down when going indoors for lunch, water, bathroom etc. Suspenders are a must to keep the top of the suit unzipped and down around the waist or for tucking your sleeves in while using the bathroom. If it is really cold I put a base layer on my legs. I guess comparably, I have an old high end ski suit that I am continually searching to replace due to many years of wear and tear; alas the new ones just don't have the features of zippered arm pits, great pockets including one at the ankle for bulk items, suspenders, folding hood or removable hood, etc., place for ski passes, on and on that I have on my current suit. I like a removable hood or hood that can be folded down so if it is snowing and you don't want it up over your helmet, it does not get filled with snow. Lots of features I have are hard to find. You can't beat a ski suit on a powder day and taking a tumble cause there is nowhere for the snow to go and it keeps you high and dry. I find not having something binding around my waist more comfortable skiing and allows for excellent freedom of movement. Still looking for my replacement ski suit...year after year, as I patch up my fabulous ski suit. "

"I totally agree with. Christine. I am trying to replace my old ski suit that is warm comfortable and convenient and am not finding any with the zippper under arm vents That make the ski suit wearable year around. If my suit weren’t so faded I could continue to wear it forever. We need to get the manufacturers up to speed."
