You're setting them up right with the Liquid Force Fury 125 Youth Wakeboard. It's built for them, with technology scaled to suit them. That means they get a Progressive Hybrid Rocker, giving smaller riders easier starts and low-drag pulls, but still delivering the pop they crave with the Diamond Square Tail at either end. And since they're still building confidence, the included LF Rant Bindings use a combination of traditional single-zone lace closures as well as an upper Velcro Power Strap. This meanest tey get all the support and control they need, but can more easily get in or out of the bindings when they need to.
