"Yes, the fit in a Salomon size Small and the Kombi size Small are very comparable. I have tried both on myself and have found that both fit very similar to one another. "

"These gloves are perfect for skiing! The best way to find the perfect size for her will be to measure around the widest part of your wife's hand at the knuckle. Based on that measurement the sizing should be Small: 6 7/8" -7 1/4", Medium: 7 1/4" -7 1/2", Large: 7 1/2" -7 5/8", and Extra-large: 7 5/8" -7 3/4"."
