All seams are fully sealed to keep out any moisture while the boot gaiters with gripping elastic keep the snow out. The Harper pants also have a removable bib and suspenders to transform easily from bibs to pants in a flash. Add inside pleats for a custom fit and Velcro tabs for length adjustments and you have just found the perfect snow pants to survive all of his winter activities.
