"Yes this would be a great ski for you for numerous reasons. The first is the All Terrain rocker. This is a combination of rocker and camber. Rocker allows the ski to float over the powder, and camber will give you the bite you want for initiating a turn. It also returns the energy you put into the skis, whether in a turn and power out of the corner, or catching some air off the jumps, as the reverse camber will give you a nice pop off the jumps. The second thing with this ski is the BioFlex3 core. This core is the most forgiving with the lightest swing weight. This forgiveness will allow you to feel more confident on the slopes, and take your skiing to the next level. This ski also uses a secondary core called Mod-Tech. This secondary core aids in absorbing vibrations along the entire length of the ski, and providing a stronger-edge hold, and increase power and control. The third thing is this ski has Progressive Sidecut. This cut along the ski's edge is variable and aids in control for a ski of this width in varying conditions. From the powder to the ice. The Progressive Sidecut will feel the same in most conditions. Finally this ski comes with a Marker specific binding. The bindings are highly tuned for this ski in aiding the other technologies that went into this ski, and are design for a skier of your ability, the advanced to recreational skier. "
