"Youth sizing is true to size to the youth. The girls size 8 is not going to be equivalent to a women's size 8. A girls size 8 will be more compatible to a woman's size 9. If you are looking to fit a woman into a girls skate you should be aware that the girls skate is really designed for body weight under 100 pounds.
