The Inov8 F-Lite 235 Running Shoe is a zero-drop shoe that's built for performance. The sole is even stickier than before, providing excellent traction in wet conditions. Flex grooves provide excellent forefoot flex, and a 3mm footbed cushions the feet. Headed for the ropes? The F-Lite 235 is reinforced to prevent rope burn, and has DFB caps for greater protection and stability.
