It has a molded PU sockliner and an Achilles-cradling heel with a pull tab for easy entry and comfort and a midsole that has an extended heel design for a smoother heel-to-toe transition and a balanced and cushioned ride. Engineered from The Vibram® MegaGrip rubber outsole offers excellent traction in variable terrain, while the waterproof nubuck leather and a GORE TEX® fabric that keeps your feet dry in wet conditions. The Hoka Anacapa Hiking Boot brings you ultimate comfort for all your trail explorations.

"They only vome in this and a "low" version closer to a standard running shoe but these mids definitely come up past the ankle"
