Great looks and even better features make the Helly Hansen Venture Insulated Ski Jacket an obvious choice for your young mountain explorer. The 10K waterproof rating, critically taped seams, and a DWR coating provide reliable wet weather protection. It has 133g of Primaloft® Black Eco insulation in part of the body and sleeves mixed with a down feel, high loft insulation in the quilted panels on the front and back. There is a soft brushed tricot lining inside the collar and chin guard for even more warmth and comfort. The Venture jacket has two waist pockets, two drop pockets, a chest pocket, a pass pocket, and a Life Pocket™ that preserves the battery on their mobile device. A detachable, adjustable hood provides optional protection against cold winds, and a powder skirt, wrist gaiters, adjustable cuffs, and drawcord hem prevent any snow from getting inside the jacket as they “venture” off the groomed trails and into the backcountry.
