The Helly Hansen Steilhang Insulated Ski Jacket has all the bells and whistles you need for perfect mountain days. Made with fully seam-sealed Helly Tech® Professional fabric that is waterproof and breathable to protect you in extremely harsh conditions. Mapped Primaloft® Black Eco insulation has 80g in the body and 60g in the sleeves to keep you warm while Helly Hansen’s H2Flow™ Air Force Vent System uses microclimate sensors that control your body temperature. Mountain ready features include a powder skirt, thumbhole wrist gaiters, adjustable cuffs, and a helmet-compatible hood. Storage won’t be a problem, thanks to zippered waist pockets, two chest pockets with a goggle shammy, a pass pocket, and interior pockets, including the Life Pocket™ with Aerogel® insulation that extends the battery life on your phone. The Steilhang jacket has 4-way stretch fabric with articulated sleeves for optimal mobility on the double diamonds.

"There are little differences between the two. The Helly Hansen Steilhang has more little features such as Media Pockets, Adjustable Cuffs, Chest Vents and an Adjustable Hood where the Alpha Lifaloft doesn't have any of those features. We hope this information helps! "

"Thank you for your inquiry! Every Brand has it's own color code that they use. For Helly Hansen, the Alert Red is a very bright red with orange undertones. This jacket can appear orange in bright lighting. I hope this information helps! "

"Both jackets are very similar however the Rivarridge has 20grams more insulation than the Steilhang making it a bit warmer. We hope this information helps!"
