"What is the fit of this jacket like? Form fitting? Snug? Loose? I'm 5'3" so the small arm length is best for me but I'm 86.5cm around the chest. Will the small be a good fit even with a fleece and/or base layers underneath?"

"As long as your waist is 25.5-28" then the small would be a good choice for you! The measurements on the size charts are your body measurements, not the garment measurements. They do account for layering."
