Product Details

Profile Waist Width

Rocker: Shaped like a U. Great for float and easy control in soft or deep powder.

70-79: Versatile; good blend of carve and float

Built to get you on the mountain and having more fun, the Elan Element Ski System with ELW 9 GW Bindings is an obvious upgrade from the rental shop, because they're built with a Dual Woodcore that sends stringers of real wood up the edges to give you greater support and response, reinforced with Fiberglass Laminates to get the most out of the Parabolic Rocker profile that's agile and stable at the same time. You can even see some of the technology through the topsheet, specifically the Groove Technology that softens the ski end-to-end, improving control and confidence, while maintaining efficient edge-to-edge power transfers when carving.

  • Parabolic Rocker profile puts subtle lift in the tip and tail, giving you improved agility and helping you plane over soft snow
  • Groove Technology carves channels into the core across the ski, giving you smoother tip-to-tail flex while maintaining confident edge-to-edge support
