Rocker/Camber Hybrid: Uses rocker in certain zones of the ski, typically the tip, tail, or both. Great, versatile choice, offering good grip on hardpack, some float in soft snow, and easy turn initiation and transitions.

90-99: Good float in powder; typically still carve pretty well

Style: DAJN201

If you're earning your turns, the Dynastar M-Pro 99 Ski is a great way to expand your range and increase your enjoyment on both the up and downhill. That's because it uses a Hybrid Core, combining the lively response of Poplar with the vibration and weight reduction of polyurethane. And that's reinforced with a Titanal Rocket Frame so that enhanced efficiency comes with serious durability too. But even if you're riding at the resort, the directional Tip & Tail Rocker profile will help you make the most of our time in the mountains. The rockered nose gives you float on powder days, and helps engage the edge on groomers so you get full benefit from the underfoot camber. And out back the flat tail gives you strong exits while carving, but allows for a surfy feel on soft surfaces.

  • Directional Tip & Tail Rocker assures you find float and agility while still delivering stability and edge hold you can count on
  • Custom-shaped Titanal Rocket Frame rides under the binding, allowing the ski to stay strong while reducing weight
  • Hybrid Core uses Poplar for lively response and strength, and polyurethane sections for light weight and a smooth ride

  • Underfoot camber provides efficient control and reliable edge hold
  • Flat tail profile balances powerful energy returns on hardpack with surfy slashy fun on powder
  • Fiberglass Torsion Box is a pre-shaped laminate that gives the ski custom flex for efficient control and response
  • Sandwich Full Sidewalls give the ski uncompromised edge hold and consistent flex
  • Minicap construction helps save weight at either end, improving response and performance on snow or in the air
  • Sintered HD Base offers excellent glide for high-speed runs or efficient traverses

"I’m 5’7” 175 lbs... like to ski trees off piste and grommets fast.. advanced but no means expert... what size should I go with... the mounting point is throwing me off.. some are saying -12cm.... so I’m not sure how this will effect the overall length and performance ... any input would be great."

"After speaking with our ski technicians, they recommend both a 170 for maneuverability. It'll be great for cutting trees since it's short. For speed, longer skis for out better so they recommend the 178. We hope this information helps!"
