The Burton Family Tree One Hitter Snowboard is built like a powder board, with a tapered directional shape and Directional Camber for better performance in deep snow. But after a few runs you'll notice that even though it's great at that, it's also great at smashing side hits and carving hard down groomers, thanks to Triax™ laminates backing up the SuperFly II™ Core. And that combination of features is really what makes this board special, it's just as ready to find face shots on a storm day as it is to duck into the terrain park for some quick air.

  • Directional Camber profile floats like a dream and still finds traction on hardpack
  • 8mm of Taper gives this board improved powder performance, but also eases turn initiation on hard snow
  • Infinite Ride™ construction “overbuilds” the board, then breaks it in at the factory so you get a board that rides the same from day one to day one hundred
  • Profile: Rocker/Camber Hybrid

  • Flex: 3-6 (1 being softest, 10 stiffest)
  • Base Material: Sintered

  • The front half of the board is rockered, smoothing turn initiation and helping keep the nose up on powder
  • Traditional camber in the back half of the board provides hardpack stability and helps steer the boat on soft snow
  • FSC™ Certified SuperFly II™ 700G Core uses sustainably sourced woods for lightweight strength and response
  • Dualzone™ EGD™ sections at the contact points turn wood grain 90°, giving the board better strength and edge hold
  • Squeezebox profiling adds easy pop for ollies, and keeps the board smooth-flexing
  • Triax™ fiberglass laminates provide maximum response and improved edge to edge efficiency
  • Ultrafast Recycled Sintered WFO base delivers serious speed while using earth-friendly materials
  • The Channel® binding mounting system allows for easy stance adjustment and works best with Burton EST® Bindings
  • Pro-TIp™ construction reduces swing weight for better performance and a smoother ride

"Thank you for your inquiry. Based off of the information you have provided, it looks like you would be able to ride a 156 or a 160, with a 160 being better for Powder and the 156 being more nimble. We hope this information helps! "
