Q:
"I want the heated ski boot bag - but need the 220 v option as I am in New Zealand."
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Peter Johnson on 6/19/2012 - 7:52 am
A:
"This bag has a 110v heating element but can be used in 220v countries as they come. All you need to do is purchase a transformer or converter. These converters are inexpensive ($20) and most can covert both ways (110v to 220v OR 220v to 110v). I would do a Google search to find a local or online store that sells the 110v/220v converter. "

A:
"The dimensions are: 10" x 17" x 15" so it should fit as a carry on but you would need to check the rules for the specific airline that you are flying on to be sure."

Q:
"How long will the bag retain heat while not plugged in? I have little room for boot bags and gear in the cab of my pickup, so I try to put as much as possible in the bed of the truck (it is covered). Will the bag retain enough heat in the bed of the truck to keep boots warm for the 30 minute drive up to the slopes?"

A:
"The bag will still work perfectly for you even if you are unable to plug it in on the drive up to the mountain. Just make sure the bag stays closed until you are ready to suit up and your boots will keep you warm all day!"

Comfortable to carry. Lots of room and dedicated pockets for pants, gloves, goggles etc.-helmet pocket on top of bag. Plugs into wall outlets with warm, dry, and hot setting, or into car outlet with warm setting for use on the way to slopes. We just bought a 3rd!
