Last year we bought our son an XL ride snow board jacket he needs on a little larger this year what would be our options? we were thinking the 686 jackets they appear to run a little larger?

Each jacket has it's own fit to it. So two jackets in the same brand might fit completely different. We do offer XXL in Quiksilver jackets so you can take a look at those. Other than that I would suggest sizing up to a men's size. If you are concerned that he is not a men's size quite yet then I would look at the men's Spyder jackets, as those tend to run smaller.
