I have tried on many different slippers over the last week and want to know if these run 'true to size'? I heard some say the softness of the leather will cause it to stretch. My foot is 11 and 3/8 inches long. What size should I buy. Normally I wear a size 12 dress shoe.

I would suggest getting the size 12 which is designed for an 11.25-inch foot in length. It is meant to be worn barefoot and it should fit snug, the soft material may stretch slightly but will also conform to your foot for maximum comfort and warmth.
