if i wear a shirts size 12/14 what size UGG jacket would be best

I would recommend a size large for a shirt size of 12/14. You should also check out the UGG® Kaylana Boot which would go great with this jacket!

The measurement varies because the sleeve cuff can be rolled up or left unrolled. The size small measures from 18-21" and the medium measures 19-21.5".

how durable do you feel this jacket is. Will it stand up to snow and getting wet ?

This is a really fashionable jacket, however, it is not waterproof. It is made from leather and was not made to get wet. It would be great for those drier days around town.
