For UGG when you are between two sizes it is recommended to size down. These are made of natural materials and they should expand a bit after use.

The inside is not all sheepskin. It says sheepskin/synthetic ? What does that mean?

The mix of sheepskin and synthetic materials are used to line the inside of the boot so that the boot is not too tight inside, giving your foot more room to move around.

Why is the bottom sole of these butte different then the ones on the offical ugg site? These are squareish while on the offical site they are smoother & flater.

If you are a true size 11 then we recommend ordering that size. We only recommend sizing up or down if you are between sizes.

We do not carry these boots in half sizes. I would go up or down a size depending on if you like a more snug fit, or if you prefer more room with thicker socks.
