The ThirtyTwo Focus BOA Snowboard Boot not only has BOA lacing, it has 2 separate zones of BOA lacing so that you can dial in the fit exactly how you like it. No longer will you have to suffer with laces too tight over your arch just to get them tight enough at the top. With an upper and lower zone lacing independently you can adjust each to fit however is most comfortable for your foot. The Focus BOA Boot has gel in the heel to absorb impacts, and an inner ankle harness to keep you locked back into the heelcup giving you the best control over your board. This is a stiff men's boot giving you good stability even at fast speeds.

Do they fit in the ride (easy insert) bindings? I had other 32 boots that didnt fit too well in my bindings

Some brands fit better than others with different bindings. I would suggest that because the first pair of boots did not fit with the ride bindings you should use another brand.
