"For my 6 year old grandson. He has been in the RJ2. Shell size 228mm, liner size 13. Suddenly, without warning, almost overnight his toes grew to where now I can't get 1 finger in the back when his toes are tight up front. So, what I need to know is what is the next size for him to go to? Will he be moving to the RJ3? And how do those sizes work? I don't see like a 13.5 or a 14 or similar? Thanks"

"Ski boots are in mondo sizing which is the cm equivalent to his shoe size. A size 13 would be a size 19. For his next size I would recommend a size 1 or 2 which is a 20 or 20.5. This will fit him well and give him some room to grow."
