"The best way to determine a proper fit would be to take your chest, waist and sleeve length measurements. Once you have those measurements you can view the size chart found here to determine the correct fit for you!"

"In sort of confused about the base layer/mid layer thing. I currently wear a merino wool base layer with a wool sweater over that and than a ski jacket. Where/when is a mid layer appropriate? Is a mid layer supposed to be worn over a base layer like merino?"

"Mid layers are to be worn over baselayers. They are the MID layer in your layering system. You don't need a Mid layer if you are getting enough warmth from your baselayer and your jacket together. Wool is a great fabric for both mid or base layering. "
