"Does the Tresh fit shorter than the Volt? Are the sleeves the same length? I am petite and need a jacket cut not too long."
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by jen on 12/14/2010 - 7:49 pm
"The Tresh and the Volt are around the same length. If you are petite, I recommend going with the Tresh. The lines are good and very flattering. You won't look like you are drowning in the jacket because the cut is perfect and feminine. "

"Not Sure on size 10 or 12 also how long is this jacket, is there black on the back., pockets on inside or not. 38-30-42 rough measurements with one smart wool layer on."

Question by Deborah on 1/12/2011 - 7:46 pm
"This jacket has plenty of specialized pockets in the inside for goggles, audio players, valuables, also has two side pockets and a ski pass pocket. This is completely black on the back and for your measurements you will need an XL."

"How warm is this jacket compare to Volt jacket or Prevail?"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by yuki on 3/12/2011 - 12:25 am
"The Volt and Prevail have more insulation, Volt has 100b/60g Primaloft which is super warm and the Prevail has 140g of Thermaweb. For a really warm low bulk go with the Volt."

"The Spyder Tresh jacket only has 60g of insulation, for a warmer jacket, I would suggest a higher insulation. Check out the Spyder Prevail jacket that has 140g of insulation which will definitely keep you warm."

"I am buying my 33 yr old daughter ski jacket and am confused between spyder fresh project and prevail. I want the warmest but most comfortable one. My daughter is short but chesty please advise and if not spyder what do u recommend"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Arlene on 12/1/2011 - 10:05 pm
"The warmest jacket by far will be the Spyder Prevail jacket. It has 140g of insulation to keep your warm and toasty. Spyder has a very detailed Sizing Chart that you can match up your daughters measurements and get the perfect fit. "
Answer by Ashley (Peter Glenn Staff) on 12/2/2011 - 9:46 am
"I wear a size 2 in most pants and xsmall in shirts. My measurements are 33-28-36 and 113 lbs. What size would I need (4 or 6)?"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by cindy on 12/21/2011 - 10:32 pm
"If you prefer a tighter fit I would recommend the size 4. If you want more room underneath I would recommend the size 6. Either size would really work for you. It would just depend on how you like your jackets to fit."

"I just purchased this jacket, will it keep me warm because it feels very thin? "
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Brittany on 9/16/2014 - 9:31 pm
"We rate the jacket a 5/10 for warmth. It feels very thin because it uses Primaloft insulation which produces high amounts of warmth. Primaloft insulation is not very bulky so that is why it feels thin to you. "

Great fit, beautiful color and warmth--the perfect ski jacke

Great trim fit, no extra bulk that a lot of ski jackets have. Nice amount of external and internal pockets, including arm ski lift pass pocket. Love the color, it's a fuschia (so purply pink) rather than a hot pink. Other websites list it as fuschia, instead of shocking pink but it's the same jacket. Hood is detachable. I usually wear a 4 or 6 in regular clothes and I ordered size 6 which was perfect. A 4 would have been too small with layers underneath. Just got back from a ski trip and am very happy with the comfort and warmth of the jacket. Great purchase and loved the overnight delivery!
