is this very fitted? I want to be able to put thermals under neath and maybe a cotton turtleneck and then this piece on top. Not sure if I would have to size up to do that. Please let me know.

These are made to fit only the next to skin thermal later underneath. If you were to layer more than that then I would suggest a size up.
