The Prevail jacket is a slim fit and is meant to hit around the hips. It is approximately 27.5 inches from the center of the back to the hem.

I wear a 14P or large jacket would this be a good fit?

Sypder runs small, if you wear a size 14 you should stay with that same size, a large might be too small for you.
