The Outlaw jacket features multiple pockets, ventilation zips, and warm 200-weight fleece. Spyder put in a taffeta lining as well to increase wind and weather protection.

    "The Spyder Outlaw is more of a mid-layer or a outerwear piece that is good for a early fall or late spring feel. It does not have the zip in feature as that is mostly for the ski jackets that Spyder makes."

    At first touch, I thought that this Spyder fleece was too light to provide much warmth in skiing conditions. However, I was pleasantly surprised after putting it to the test. Although lightweight, the material provides protection against wind and cold temperatures. The style is typical Spyder, which means you can where it on or off the slopes.

    Anybody who owns other Spyder apparel won't be disappointed. If this is your first Spyder purchase, don't hesitate.
