Small to Tall cuffs can be rolled or unrolled to accommodate growing kids and handing down.

I don't like the vest, since it makes it hard to adjust, but my son loves it. I bought the bibs a size bigger, so we can wear them 2 years. It will fit great next year. My son loves the vest!
