Spyder did something very cool with the Lech Thermal Stretch Fleece Pullover. They put an anti-abrasion overlay on the outside of the fabric so that it doesn't get messed up from your jacket. The fleece fabric provides insulating warmth when worn as a mid-layer, and it stretches so you feel comfy and unrestricted.
