The solid performance and stylish design make the Prevail Jacket a great value. 10K waterproof fabric is all you need in just about any kind of conditions. 150g Thinsulate insulation provides lots of warmth, but still feels light and low-profile. When you combine that lightweight feel with stretch fabric and a feminine fit you get one incredibly comfortable, flattering women's coat.

"Outdoor apparel is hard to temperature rate as it depends on so many different variables. If the jacket could truly be temperature rated, then Spyder would have done so. This jacket has 150g of insulation which is really good, and provided you layer properly, you should have no problems staying warm in this jacket in temps just below zero. "

"A size 8 or a size 10 may work for you depending on how you like your jackets to fit. This jacket does have a relaxed fit so you may be perfectly fine in the size 8."
