Do Spyder products run small or are they sized normal? I am an XL in a North Face and Columbia. Would an XL be ok, or do I have to go up/down a size?

Usually Spyder runs small so if you are between sizes we do recommend you size up. For your convenience we have provided a size chart for Spyder, it is underneath the "add to cart" feature.
