I see this is available in an XL, but the size chart does not give XL measurements. Do you have these available?

We did not order the XL in this jacket but their dimensions for Special Blend womens XL jackets are Chest: 38-39" Waist: 31-32" and inseam for XL is 33"

This Special Blend jacket is insulated but I think you would need a layer or two for extra warmth.

This jacket does not need a lot of layer because if does have insulation. However, with super cold weather I would suggest a little layering.

This has been so popular this year. The center-back measurement to the hem line is 26 inches, so it is meant to fall right at the hip or a bit lower.
