The Ski Medium features Wool on Wool technology, which means that by layering wool in places that receive more wear, the PhD will last longer than other socks. Also, that extra material provides additional cushioning. But dont fear, that extra padding doesnt affect the snug fit of these socks. Additionally, the 4 Degree fit system ensures that the PhD provides support and a comfy fit.

I have used these twice already. These are the best ski socks I have ever owned. They are padded in all the right places, and they stay in place all day. I would not ski again with out these socks.
