I have circulation issue with fingers and Dr said to try wearing gloves all the time including when I type at work. Are these glove liners thin enough that they won't impede with typing ability or can they work without going inside another glove? I have some really thin gloves that just don't keep my fingers warm.

Interesting question. These just might work and help. The Seirus Liner is very precise and the fit is tight but not too tight. I think it is a good option, especially if you have to type. These liners are warm and not bulky. Give them a try!

Answer Question
How can I tell whether I should order size L ("large"; which other vendors show as large/extra large) or M ("medium"; others show as medium/small)? I usually wear a men's medium glove for routine use. Is there a specific sizing chart for these Outlast liners.

Good question. Since you typically wear a Medium glove, I would go for a medium liner. These liners are pretty precise, and the medium (around a 7.5 to 8) would be good.
